ANZLAA GOALS
The goals of ANZLAA are set out in the Objects of the Association. These state that through the conduct of its activities, ANZLAA shall promote:
- High standards of husbandry, health and care for animals used in research and teaching.
- High ethical conduct in research and teaching involving the use of animals.
- The exchange of information within the research and broader communities relating to the use of animals.
- Co-operation between organisations and institutions involved with the use of animals.
- The development of alternative techniques to the use of animals in research and teaching.
- All such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the Objects of the Association.
